The Model T1-FC Metal-Air Battery Reactor is a high-precision research-grade electrochemical test cell developed for Metal-Air Battery research, Zinc-Air Battery testing, Aluminum-Air Battery development, electrocatalysis, and energy storage applications. Designed with a dual-chamber air-breathing configuration, the reactor enables efficient oxygen diffusion from ambient air while providing controlled electrochemical testing conditions for evaluating metal anodes, air cathodes, catalysts, membranes, and electrolytes.
The compact reactor supports Zinc-Air, Aluminum-Air, Iron-Air, Magnesium-Air, and other Metal-Air Battery chemistries, making it an ideal platform for catalyst screening, electrode optimization, membrane evaluation, and battery performance studies.
Manufactured using high-quality transparent acrylic (PMMA) with precision CNC machining, the reactor offers excellent chemical resistance, leak-proof sealing, and easy assembly for repeatable laboratory experiments.
