Fuel Cell / Metal Air Transparent Acrylic Reactor / Testing device

• This reactor can be utilized to study any metal-air battery system, such as Aluminum-air battery, Zin-air battery, Iron-air battery, etc.

• This reactor can also be used to study the fuel cell system which has an air-cathode. Examples - Microbial fuel cell, Algae fuel cell, direct liquid fuel cell (glucose, ethanol, methanol, ethylene glycol, formic acid etc)

*Anode/cathode ratio of aforementioned reactor is 1. 

*Different Anode and cathode area can be customized as per the need.

• Don’t place the plexiglass plate directly in acetone/ethanol/alcohol or pouring alcohol on the surface of the plexiglass plate, otherwise it will lead to cracking and damaging plexiglass plate surface. it is recommended to use a paper towel dipped in a small amount of alcohol to clean the surface of plexiglass plate when its surface contains oil or dust particles.

• Kindly avoid to use ultrasonic wave to clean the acrylic glass plate

• Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is utilized as the mold material, its characteristics including  resistivity towards alkali, very good physical strength, and weak adhesion towards oil or dust

• Simple way to assemble and disassemble. The reaction area is divided into 1, 2, 2.5 and 4 cm². Different Anode and cathode area can be customized as per the need. Customization in the original listing is subject to an extra fee. 

• Special gasket grooves are designed for each plates. 

• All reactors utilized stainless steel 304 butterfly bolts and nuts. It is costlier than other domestic common screw.
