5 cm² Research-Scale Electrolyzer Cell – Graphite & Nickel Serpentine Flow Field
5 cm² Research-Scale Electrolyzer Cell
The 5 cm² Research-Scale Electrolyzer Cell is a compact laboratory electrochemical cell designed for water electrolysis, CO₂ electrolysis, electrocatalysis, catalyst evaluation, and membrane-based electrochemical research. The cell features a graphite cathode flow field and nickel anode flow field, both designed with a serpentine flow-channel configuration for controlled reactant and electrolyte distribution across the electrode area.
High-conductivity gold-coated copper current collectors provide electrical connection to the electrodes, while SS316 end plates provide mechanical compression and structural support.
The cell is compatible with commonly used BPM, AEM, and Nafion membranes, making it suitable for a wide range of laboratory electrolysis and electrochemical research applications.
