The Flow Electrolyzer for Carbon Dioxide Reduction (PTFE Body) is a high-performance electrochemical flow cell specifically engineered for Carbon Dioxide Reduction Reaction (CO₂RR), CO₂ electrolysis, carbon capture and utilization (CCU), electrocatalysis, and green chemical production. Manufactured from high-purity PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), the reactor provides exceptional chemical resistance, excellent dimensional stability, and long-term durability under highly corrosive electrochemical environments.
Designed with an advanced gas diffusion flow architecture, the reactor minimizes mass transport limitations and enables high current density CO₂ electrolysis, closely simulating industrial operating conditions. The system is ideal for evaluating electrocatalysts, Gas Diffusion Electrodes (GDE), membrane electrode assemblies (MEA), ion exchange membranes, and electrochemical reactor performance.
Compared to conventional H-Type electrochemical cells, the PTFE flow electrolyzer offers superior reactant distribution, improved CO₂ utilization efficiency, enhanced Faradaic efficiency, and excellent reproducibility for catalyst screening and electrochemical performance evaluation.
