Transparent Water Splitting Reactor | H-Type Electrochemical Cell for Hydrogen &
Product Description
The Transparent Water Splitting Reactor (Model EWB) is a precision-engineered H-type electrochemical cell designed for advanced water splitting, hydrogen generation, oxygen evolution, electrocatalysis, and renewable energy research. Manufactured using high-quality transparent acrylic (PMMA), the reactor allows researchers to visually monitor electrolyte behavior, gas evolution, and electrode performance during electrochemical experiments.
The reactor features dual electrolyte chambers separated by an Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM), enabling independent anodic and cathodic reactions while minimizing gas crossover. It is ideal for evaluating electrocatalysts, membranes, and electrode materials for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction (HER), Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER), water electrolysis, and electrochemical energy conversion.
Designed for universities, IITs, IISc, NITs, IISERs, CSIR laboratories, DRDO, BARC, national research institutes, clean energy startups, industrial R&D centers, and international research laboratories, this reactor is widely used in academic and industrial electrochemical research.
